Procedures for Voting
Before May 13 Identify your designated polling center and precinct. Informations is available via: -List to be posted in the election offices of City/Municipal/Barangay Halls The voter information sheet to be mailed Comelc to each voter a month before the elections
On May 13 Go to your designated polling precinct anytime between 7am and 7pm.  If polling precinct is full, stay in the designated holding area.
Once inside the designated polling precinct, approach the desk with the voters list and look for your name.  Affix your signature beside your name in the list.The BEI will give you your ballot, which you need to sign.  The BEI will then put the ballot in a secrecy folder before giving it to you.  A marking pen and instructions will also be provided.
Proceed to the designated voting area, where you will shade the ovals beside the name of candidates in the ballot. Avoid mistakes, as no spare ballots will be provided.

Give the ballot secrecy folder and marking pen to the BEI, who will then apply indelible ink on your right forefinger nail.
